Then
and Now
-
Based in Sedlescombe, East Sussex, I produce earthenware ceramics based on traditional studio techniques with a modern twist. Functional Art.
-
Having spent over 30 years teaching ceramics to secondary school children and adults, I thought it was about time I went back to producing some of my own work.
-
At present I’m selfishly creating things I like to make on the wheel. Using white earthenware clay with coloured slips and glazes for decoration, I am focusing mainly on one-off pieces and occasionally the odd set if requested.
